Rhino Safari tours

Does anyone have any experience with Rhino Safari tours?  I usually use tripadvisor to find tours, but it looks like they give a free digital picture with a. 5* review which makes it harder to discern the quality of this activity.  Are the boats easy to drive?  Is the snorkling good?  We have kids - do you think this would be appropriate for them?

Celebrity blamed it on the operator, so I'd assume it is something to do with them?

The Rhino Rider company no longer works with the broker who works with the cruise lines, that is why it was cancelled. They are open for business directly through them...

Yea that sometimes happens. You will probably get a better deal if you just book directly with the Rhino people. I hope you still get to go.
