No email booking confirmation?

I booked a Queen Anne PG short cruise yesterday from Rome to Southampton for next August, paid the deposit and got my booking number with the message that my booking confirmation had been emailed to me.  I didn’t receive it. I assumed it was because it was a Sunday and maybe it had to be checked or something, but no dice today either! Always received them straight away for past bookings. Nothing in Spam. I just wondered if anyone knows of this happening or if it is a common occurrence etc?

It would be best to give them a call, their phone support people are surprisingly good... 

 

I called them today from Australia to sort out a few things for an upcoming cruise, it would be the best phone support service I've experienced for a lot of years...
