Can I use OBC for gratuities?

Yes!  Guest Services has that form if it is for tipping.  Are you talking about the fact that you did not pay gratuities up-front?  I believe that works too, but not the same form.  We do extra tips from our OBC, but Celebrity has hanged the rules on gratuities...

Your OBC is added to your folio at the beginning of the cruise and your gratuities will be deducted from your account daily. Your credits are not there for any specific use, it is only a $ value credit on your account. All purchases and daily gratuities are added to your account as you spend on board. If you run out of OBC it just adds to your account to be paid at the end of the cruise.

No form needed for the daily gratuities
