OBC posting to reservation from credit card points

It has been 3 days since we moved $300 from our Celebrity Credit Card points to our Feb. reservation.  The points immediately were zapped from the credit card but have yet to appear on the reservation.  We had hoped to purchase excursions with the OBC during the 50% off sale.  Does anyone know how long it takes the OBC to be posted on the reservation so it can be used?  Is the OBC only available once on ship?  Thanks for your replies.

You need to call Celebrity to have them applied.

Sometime they are posted in a few weeks.

Other times I get them on ship.

Once I had to prove to ship with proof and then they called from ship and I got the obc in middle of cruise. 

I do agree if you want to use ahead of cruise call CC or celebrity if you are not a CC member.

I agree, you need to call them and have the credit card number. They can fix it asap

I had a very similar issue last week. Once I called them my OBC showed up immediately.  If yours works the same you could use them for the current sale.

Same with me, I had points taken out in Sept. for our Feb. cruise. I called the Captains Club number and they applied the points immediately after I gave my CC Number.
