Day in Spa Serene Area

Internet is now included, we usually don't take ship's excursions, and my upcoming cruise is only one week long so one bag of laundry will probably be all we need.  So, I am struggling to figure out what Seabourn Club benefit to select other than laundry and the wine discount. Can someone tell me what the Serene Spa Area is so I can decide if it worth getting a day there.  Thanks.

The serene area is behind the spa reception at the rear of the ship.

I like to lose myself there occasionally and there are relaxing hot beds and sauna/steam options.

The wine discount for me is the best perk at sea as I only buy wine from the list.

We will definitely use the laundry and the wine discount, especially since we have  large unboard credit.  It's the other two choices that we are unsure about.
