Transport to beach with chair rental

I apologize if this has been asked, but I cannot find this info.  
My friend and I are headed to Aruba on the RCCL Odyssey on March 3.

 Will there be transportation at the cruise port to a beach that has chair rentals?

Which is the best beach (if there’s a choice?

How much for both?

They have a system there at the cruise dock. When you walk out of the building, there's a line for the taxi's. You tell them how many people and where you are going and they put you in the taxi. Super simple!

Aruba also has a pretty robust and inexpensive bus system: https://arubus.com/ that goes north to some of the most popular beaches (Eagle, Palm, Arashi). It is hard to say which is the best beach. My advice would be to just do a web search and read about different beaches and figure out which one meets your needs the best. Eagle beach seems to be a popular choice but might be busy.
