on edge class , my time is almost like early/late?

Im going on the edge class for the first time.

I always saleect late dining 830 with the same waiter and table.

Now, we can go to different restaurant each night

 

will I have to wait in line if I want a different restaurant each night even when I have selected late dining 830pm?

On edge class, they do not have early and late fixed dining.    Even though they give you the option to choose late dining, it turns out that once you are on the ship, everyone just has open dining. The option to choose late dining is an artifact of the booking system and it is not relevant on the E class ships.

I have just got off Edge and we had the Tuscan restaurant each night, same time but you can ask for the menu for the other restaurants and choose from them to be brought to the restaurant you are given.  Worked fine.
