They will ask you on line if you want to use OBC

Access your booking on the website.  Click on Excursions at the top of the page.  Select the excursions you wish to purchase. When you are ready to buy the excursions, the system will first use your OBC as payment.  If the cost exceeds your OBC, the balance can be paid by Credit Card.

 

I would avoid the Paypal payment methed as from my own experience it messes up Princess'  accounting!
