  1. Have booked thru EZAir many times in the past, and re-fared with no problems until now when booking flights for a westbound trans-atlantic in November. Booked flexible with no problem as soon as flights were available in February. Since then have re-fared twice for savings of almost $250. But each time I tried to re-book on the system I would get a message that the flights were no longer available with the invite to try again. When I clicked on 'try again' got a message that as a minor I could not book!!. Its been a few decades since I was a minor. So both times a call to EZAir thru the Princess general number, was answered quickly, and the change was made. The second of the two re-fares was 2 days ago and today I received an email from the airline flying us to the UK thanking us for our booking! Really? Checked the Travel Summary and sure enought the flight in both directions are ticketed. I did not request early ticketing, nor has my Credit Card been charged. This should prove interesting should I wish to take advantage of another fare reduction.

  5. ^^^^Incorrect. To what flight info are you refering. Whether the passenger booked thru EZAir or independently, the ship has no related paperwork to give the passenger. Baggage tags and instructions are delivered to cabins a couple of days before disembarkation. If delivered on the last night of the cruise, passengers would have virtually no time to make a change should one be needed.

  7. Maybe some confusion here. Your first post says you are flying into Galveston, if that is correct you have all the time in the world to catch a flight. But if you meant Houston Hobby then yes, it takes about an hour to get there (Houston Bush Intl is even further) As noted earlier Princess will deliver disembarkation baggage tags to you a couple of days before the end of the cruise along with a list of MEETING times and places for each colored tag. If all goes according to plan DISEMBARKATION time will be approx 15-30 mins after the meeting time. If that estimate of disembarkation time is later than your private transportation pickup time, then go to Guest Services and request an earlier time.

  9. If you air is booked thru EZAir you do not need to this. But if you have made independednt flight arrangments you should complete the section referred to by bagney. This info is used to help Guest Services assign a disembarkation time to ensure you make your flight. If you are not happy with the time assigned, go to Guest Sevices to change it.
  10. Sounds like a scam. Email probably not from Princess. Refunds when due are processed to the original form of payment. Princess knows how you paid so they do not need to ask for that info.

  13. He probably did not need to as your medallion would have conveyed your status to the screen in front of him.
  14. Do a mock booking I.e. don't sign into your booking, for your cruise then you can see the airfare.
  15. Print them from the Princess website.
  16. App update overnight on Google Play, but I don't see any change in the prime areas of concern with the new app...specifically only one cruise at a time and the shoreside CC issue.

  18. For those that have recently embarked in Galveston would like to know what shuttle company you used and would you use them again Looking for a more regular shuttle service rather than a private car hire.
  19. Access your booking on the website. Click on Excursions at the top of the page. Select the excursions you wish to purchase. When you are ready to buy the excursions, the system will first use your OBC as payment. If the cost exceeds your OBC, the balance can be paid by Credit Card. I would avoid the Paypal payment methed as from my own experience it messes up Princess' accounting!

    EZ-Air?

    Within the EZAir booking engine is a place to input your frequent traveller number. Enter your Westjet rewards numbers there. Have done this a number of times and had no baggage charges.

I sent an email to hello@stockperks.com to inquire what process to use for those who do not wish to or cannot use the app. A quick reply from them said, in effect, send what you used to send to SBPCL to the 'hello' email address. However since my next cruise is in the fall of next year, they don't want to hear fom me until May of next year! .
