I have been having an issue with my blue chip account since September. ( not getting my offers) I have been calling and e-mailing,  and every rep claims to have fixed the issue but none of them have. I tried an email to Laura Hodges (not sure if the email address was correct) but someone in the Resolution Center contacted me and said the issue was resolved. My account on their website then showed one offer listed. I thought the issue was resolved, but after that one offer I haven’t received any others. I’m Amethyst tier and generally get veranda offers. My husband, who is a lower tier has been getting offers at least twice a month, several after I received that one solitary offer. Obviously the problem remains .I  need to speak with someone at a higher level then the usual reps or Resolution Center who will  actually make sure it’s resolved. thanks

I would also be interested in knowing the telephone number of an executive of the Blue Chip Club.  We have received offers but now are very "watered down" even though we played quite a bit on the last 10 day Med cruise.  I just want to confirm their new not-so-good policy on the offers.  I will keep an eye on this post to see if someone provides that information.  Thanks!

Check www.bluechipcluboffers.com for the available offers you and your husband have.  🙂

Thanks, that is the website I referenced in my original post. On that site he has more offers then the solitary one that I have although I am at least a tier higher than him and gamble twice as much.

Sorry to hijack your thread, but is your reward number on the blue chip offers site the same as your captain's club number? I signed up for the blue chip club but I can't find the welcome email anymore so I'm not sure if there's a different number.

Hi!  Did you ever get a phone number or a different email address than the general bluechipclub@celebrity.com?  Thank you!

Most sailings are close to full capacity so they no longer need to attempt to fill ship with gamblers.  Generally if you look at available stateroom inventory on BCC sailing offers, you’ll see they’re not yet full

No unfortunately. But I did send an email to the new president. She never responded but I received a call from the “resolution center”. Didn’t solve the issue either. I did go to the drop down menu on the blue chip club offers website and filled out a form indicating that I wasn’t getting offers. About 3 weeks later they called me to tell me the issue had been corrected and sure enough I had several concierge cabin offers. That was a while ago, no offers recently, so I think it was a temporary fix and they haven’t resolved the underlying issue.

Here is a phone number for BlueChip Loyalty Concierge.  They may be able to direct you to whomever you need to speak to.  866-461-7170

Hmm, that seems to be the general number for the blue chip club. I’ve called that many many times, no luck. A different answer depending on which rep you talk to

Yes, very true. Offer from Blue Chip have been really lousy the past 3-4 months. The who program has changed for the worse since it now mirrors the RCL Casino Royal program.
