Heathrow timing for transport to hotel in London

Advice please.  We are flying into Heathrow in late June and will make a reservation with Blackberry Cars for transport to our London hotel.  I believe I need to tell them what time I would like to be picked up.  So how long might it take to deplane, get luggage, and get through Customs at Heathrow.  If it makes a difference, we have US Global Entry status.  Blackberry recommended 60 minutes, but that seems like it would be too short of a time.  Thanks

In my limited experience, all of the 'meet and greet' private transfers only need your flight number and they will make their own arrangements. The ones I have used also claim to have a 'free' waiting time for delayed flights.

Just tell the car service the flight number and they organise a pick up time - it's what they do all day long.  In normal circumstances, 60 minutes is a reaonable estimate.

"Global entry" is irrelevant for UK immigration, but assuming you have a US passport you're permitted to use the E-gates, which usually flow reaonably quickly
