FLL to Riverside Hotel

We arrive in FLL just before midnight on Christmas Day.  That late at night on a holiday, what is going to be our best bet getting to our hotel?  Neither Uber nor Lyft seem to take reservations that late. Will we have difficulty just grabbing a taxi to our hotel? Is there another option for reserving a car? I see that a service called Jayride has VERY mixed reviews. Thanks in advance for your help!

I would think there would still be taxis at the airport if flights are coming in. I have always taken a taxi from the airport to there.

Should be about $20 to hotel (don’t know if they charge more that late at night)

Agree they'll be taxi's. Always use a metered one...never flat rate.

There should be a few cabs and rideshare drivers around, unless it is exceeding late and yours is the very last plane. I'd then ask a police officer for assistance- they usually have a cabbie connection.

 

The Fort Lauderdale area is a diverse community- not everyone celebrates Christmas.
