oh yeah they’re definitely (knock on wood) for comedic effect here… once I’m out of range of them, leave the ship, etc. they notify me. If I ever really need them (again), I’m more than glad I have them!

I once rushed to get an IPA at an airport at 0550 just to say I had one before 0600.  It would have paired nicely with that burger

Approach over the Everglades. The first place I lived in Florida was a town called Weston, a Broward County suburb basically carved right out of the Glades. It was cool knowing a guy with an airboat, I’ll tell ya that much. The golf course gators were unsettling at first, but they didn’t mess with you, they just wanted to lie in the sun and chill…. A lot like Me, tbh

I lived in Weston!  A neighborhood called The Falls basically right by the Everglades.  My brother went to Eagle Point.

I get looks sometimes when the bars open early onboard and i'm enjoying a nice miller lite, I always just say they wouldn't be open if they didn't want me there

Yep - I remember those (actually when I was younger I lived over on that side of Weston in the garden homes and went to Country Isles). A small world indeed - Have a great cruise, I've got the NCL Jade booked March and June so will be using this to help pass the time!

My thought too.  The first drink on the flight is my signal that vacation has started.  Bloody Mary or Vodka Soda, depending on what I'm wearing.
