  1. I would love that drink. I’m a sucker for the habanero infused vodka. Any drink with that vodka in it is right up my alley.
  2. Who knew how right that would be. Sure, go ahead and ruin his cruise! at least one of your teams won tonight. HUSH, YOU!
  3. I was hoping when we got the tickets that the Devils would still be relevant for this year's playoffs. Then they fired Lindy.
  4. I'll be posting the view from my seats at the Stars-Devils game tonight.
  5. Flutes are good for certain songs, but that ain't one of them.
  6. And there's Dajana. She was at the Alchemy Bar when I was on the Vista in 2022. GREAT personality.
  7. Won’t be long before this disappears. Registered within the last 24 hours and all 3 posts advertise another website? 3…2…1…
  8. I would 100% ride that ride. Even though I get queasy just looking down from inside a high rise, I love the thrill rides. One of these days, I might even find myself jumping out of a perfectly operating airplane. I guess I just have glossed right over the fact in previous reviews that you live in Somerset. In a precipitous job live, I spent time there doing some consulting work for a hospital there. I even played in that hospital’s fundraiser golf tournament at the Hamilton Farms Golf Club in Gladstone. That was one fabulous golf course! Finally, it was clear from this review that I really missed out on meeting all of those great Tribe folks. It was great putting faces to their onscreen names. More importantly, it was obvious from comments of those Tribe-sters that you and Patti are one classy couple. That became even more obvious in your comments about them in your final thoughts. Excellent work!
  9. Blasphemy I’ve said it before - the water we saw at Valley Church Beach on Antigua when we stopped there in 2013 was among the best I’ve ever seen.
  10. I believe, by my count, I’m ahead of you on the drink count. 5 fireballs and 3 beers. That was all before noon. Of course, I napped for 3 hours (I’m older and had only 3 hours of sleep last night) before I head to bowling tonight.
  11. Gas station sangria….to me, that’s some serious desperation.
  12. HEY! I know you. Our kids played hockey together as squirts at Plano house league. I was last minute coach, you were assistant, and we weaseled our way to the championship game, even though we had no business being there. Dan
  13. Has your liver even recovered from the Tribe cruise? Naturally, I'm following. It looks like a great itinerary.
  14. Nothing screams (no pun intended) Disney branding like that.
  15. Following. Holy smokes! What the heck time did you get to Buc-ees for it to be so void of people? If Buc-ees was normally that empty, I'd never have a problem stopping there. As it is, I avoid it if at all possible.
  16. I caught it, and sinusitis, on my cruise on the Celebration last June. Could have first caught it on the flight to Miami or could have caught it on board the ship. First started feeling poorly about 2 days before the end of the trip. A visit to the medical center revealed negative tests for flu, strep and COVID. After arriving home, I tested again for COVID, and it was positive. I’ve learned that you can feel poorly and still test negative for a day or 2 before testing positive.
  17. Having been on the Celebration in June, I couldn't agree with that sentence any more. Could those bathrooms BE any smaller? You did a great job on the review and answering people's questions. No need to be apologetic for not being "live enough." It's a vacation. I don't even turn my phone (or iPad) on while on a cruise. p.s. I STILL laugh about what grandpa wishes he had.
  18. Sadly, I’m sure there are people who believe it. I think Jamman is always smiling. I can’t read what the certification is all about.
  19. You fear dribbling a drink on your shirt? I don’t envision you as a guy who will waste a single drop.
  20. Easy for us. We got a “free” cruise based on my wife’s casino use. It came with free drinks for her throughout the ship for the duration. We don’t go to specialty dining, as we are content with the MDR. Only expense for us was taxes, port fees, gratuities, onboard purchases and Cheers package for me.
  21. Someone wanted to give me a shot of Patron tonight at the bowling alley. I can NOT deal with tequila shots.
  22. Not sure if you’ve ever taken this many nighttime pictures around a ship before, but I think they’re fantastic. I will have to try and remember to get outside on my Dream cruise in June and take similar pictures.
  23. Like others, I can’t begin to describe how hard I laughed. Glad I didn’t just take a sip of my beer. Starting the water (and Liquid IV) first thing in the AM works much better the earlier the better. Who am I fooling? Megan already knows this. Not sure why she hasn’t convinced the Mr. of this fact of life. I learned the beauty of Liquid IV from this site alone, and it might even have come from from Megan. On our June cruise on Celebration, my wife refused to stand in that line for Punchliner all the way back to Center Stage. I braved it and found that it seriously wasn’t as bad as it looked. I believe I still got 2nd or 3rd row. YES!
