Question re Edge-class main dining rooms

Maybe it's just me, but I find CC's search function very difficult to use. I know this question has been asked and answered but I can't find it: 

 

If I'm in one of the four main dining rooms and want to order a dish that's offered in another main dining room that evening, can I do that?

Yes, we did this every night in the Cosmopolitan MDR in July. We had such great service we chose to stay with Cosmopolitan and ordered off the other menus instead of changing to different locations.
