Mediterranean Odyssey October 30

Looking for information from anyone that took this cruise in late Fall. Wondering if there were any issues with weather affecting ports  I saw postings about problems with Venice but that was a spring cruise.  Any comments in general about the cruise would also be helpful. Thanks

There is no way of predicting the weather or the possibility of missing port because of weather, regardless of the season.

Do you have any recommendations regarding excursions?

Some of our highlights for excursions included the Coliseum and Highlights in Rome, Pompei, and the wall walk in Dubrovnik( where we also took and liked the included walking tour).

We did this cruise in late October 2023, missed Rome completely due to a cyclone.

We went in October, 2022. The weather was phenomenal.  Pompeii is not to be missed.  Dubrovnik’s wall walk was my absolute favorite (we did that on our own). Also, did a ship excursion which included the wall in Ston.  Fascinating. Florence was magical.  We did a Vatican tour (again, on our own-took the train from the port). I loved every second of this trip!
