Mum2Mercury Posted December 28, 2023 #2 Share Posted December 28, 2023 (edited) You need to "link" your reservations. Not sure HOW to do it -- my son-in-law did it for us. We gave him our reservation number, and he made it happen. Edited December 28, 2023 by Mum2Mercury
cmich068 Posted December 28, 2023 #3 Share Posted December 28, 2023 Get your reservations linked together - if you booked directy with Royal call them, if you booked with a Travel Agent then call your agent - and give them the reservation numbers of everyone you are travelling with. If you booked all the rooms together it's possible the booking agent may have already linked the reservations.
Another_Critic Posted December 28, 2023 #4 Share Posted December 28, 2023 You can email rcldining@rccl.com a few weeks prior to sailing.
cruise1957 Posted December 28, 2023 #5 Share Posted December 28, 2023 You can link them yourself on the RC website. When you log in, on the page you see your cruise, is a button to add another cruise, you will need their info, reservation, name and date of your cruise. shipgeeks Posted December 28, 2023 #6 Share Posted December 28, 2023 Are you all booked for early or late traditional dining? Or anytime dining?
dvan68 Posted December 29, 2023 #7 Share Posted December 29, 2023 Can you reserve a large table for Anytime Dining for just a single night? We are a group, but not everyone knows each other, but we would like to have 1 night of a group dinner. We won't be all at 1 table - I think we are at 28 people at the last count, but maybe in the same area? This is our first time going with a group of people, and they are looking to us since we have cruised often, but the group dynamic is a whole other level than just planning for 2 people. Yes, that's the way the MTD booking system is - you have to do one night at a time.

Not true, The last 5 cruises we had MTD. Made reservations the first night for same time, same table throughout the cruises. We did advise staff when we would not be in MDR, but at a specialty restaurant.

No, the poster we are talking about asked, not stated: Can you reserve a large table for Anytime Dining for just a single night? If you are going to answer another poster issue don't quote me, quote them.

Just go to MDR and make a reservation for one night or for the entire cruise. steveru621 Posted December 30, 2023 #16 Share Posted December 30, 2023 You should be aware that linking reservations is not always the end. On our last family cruise on Anthem, every cabin had a different traditional dining table. (and not close to each other) The dining room manager got us all sitting together but could not explain why the MDR didn't get the linked cabins.
