Favorite Cocktails List?

Greetings NCL travelers!

Curious if a thread about specialty cocktails is out there? Or perhaps an ongoing list of specialty drinks someone keeps and updates?  I've searched and unable to locate.

I'm not looking for the NCL cocktail menus, more so specialty drinks made by your favorite bartenders.  It seems that every bartender has "their" drink.  Or people will say "Ask (Bartender Name) on (NCL Ship) for their (specialty drink)." throughout the threads.

I had a few coconut mojitos from a specific bartender on Odyssey of the Seas (Royal ship). Coconut rum instead of regular rum. Amazing!

I was on the Escape in the Haven recently. Kay at the Haven bar made an outstanding “sidecar”

I also had it from other bars on the ship and it was only ok at the others. Kay was awesome

Omer on the Escape (Tobacco Road) made me a fantastic classic margarita.

My favorite cocktail overall though is the Old Fashioned on NCL.  Get the upgrade to Woodford (the base drink is Buffalo Trace now) and have them use maple instead of simple syrup.  So good.
