That's nice. But the email address has never been considered public information. It was never part of their job to respond to guest emails. At this point, Carnival has actually taken the step to block guest emails from getting to them in the first place. If you have a specific dining request, you should post on John Heald's FB page a few days before your cruise and he will pass it on.
