RN4Nsy Posted January 18 #1 Share Posted January 18 My son was told by RCCL they use a company called "Cloud of Goods" for scooter rental. They use a 3 wheel scooter which is less stable. We have rented scooters before but through a different company through RCCL.

RN4Nsy Posted January 18 Author #3 Share Posted January 18 Thanks, Scootaround said they only had 3 wheels then said they would call him tomorrow. We will persevere.
GJustice Posted January 18 #4 Share Posted January 18 We've never had issues with the Scootaround 3 wheelers. They're pretty massive machines.
Rare brillohead Posted January 18 #5 Share Posted January 18 As someone with cruise friends who are wheelchair users, I've never heard of "cloud of goods" -- always Special Needs At Sea or ScootAround. One friend liked the Whill chair from ScootAround so much that he bought one for himself to use at home.

In Galveston they deliver it to your stateroom and you drop it off on the ship in the departure area.
