Tangier and Asilah?

Hi,  I have booked a ship's tour to Asilah with a city tour of Tangier afterwards.

Has anyone has taken this excursion?  

I'm wondering if it allows any time for shopping in one of the markets in Tangier.

I took this one and really enjoyed it. We went to Asilah early in the morning before most shops were open. It's a beautiful little village and I found it worth the time. I was able to get many pretty photographs as there weren't many people around. Please know that no shops will likely be open in Asilah, so shopping here won't be an option. In Tangier, you'll do lunch and then do a tour of the Medina and market/shops area. I think we had like 45 minutes on our own at the end to shop or do whatever we wanted. It was enough time.
