How to find Royal Up offers

We are booked with a group and not sure if we would be eligible for a Royal Up offer.  On our last Royal cruise, (booked independent) we received  an e-mail with the offers.  On Celebrity, I seemed to remember a spot to check for “Move Up” offers but I can’t it on Royal. I find both of these websites less than easy to navigate.  Does anyone have an email address that I can a send a request to?

If your reservation is eligible, you'll get an email and it'll appear in your account via the website.

When is your cruise? 
 

You can look in your cruise planner.  Expect a link to appear if you get RoyalUp offers.

 

You can also enter the info on this page:

I do not think it will help to email a request for upgrade offers.
