Has Tropicante re-opened

Have any recent visitors to CM been to Tropicante - have thet reopened and is Caroline there?

I walked by last week.  The beach side sign is still up , but upstairs has a for sale sign and from a quick peek inside past the vendor kiosks, looked like discarded stuff about and no one inside.  Didn't ask anyone because the hawkers for El Faro were out in force.
