Coco Cay Beach Club entry

A friend invited us to a cabana she rented for the day. (We are part of their 8 people max.) Do we have to show up together at the entrance? Or does she just need to give them my name upon checking in there? Or, can my name be put on the list before we arrive to Coco Cay so we don’t have to arrive all together? Not sure how that works so we don’t have to all go at the same time. She may prefer to sleep in but I would prefer to go early.

I think she will get the wrist bands or tickets for 8 on the ship before actual stop at Coco Cay. So she will get 8 and give them to whomever she likes and then 8 people can show up and use the cabana.

In our experience, the person renting the cabana will leave your name at the Coco Beach check in. You will be given a wristband at that time. Than

 

you may arrive at your leisure.

We did this once in 2021 (Beach Club shore cabana was only $600!!!)

The day before, Shore Excursions called our room and asked us for a count and names.

I think when we checked in and got to our cabana, our attendant asked how many wrist bands we needed, so I would imagine that worst case, someone could walk the extra ones out to meet other members of the party? It's all you need to re-enter.
