kmkord Posted January 26 #1 Share Posted January 26 Does anyone have a contact at Regent that might be able to help me? I was supposed to board the Mariner in SFO on Wednesday. I ended up with a last minute trip to the hospital just to get something checked out. That caused me to miss my flight. All is well with the health issue. I had reached out to my TA and told her to cancel, which she did. I was in a bit of state at the point and din't even think about asking to join the ship at the first stop in Honolulu. I reached out to me TA later that day and asked her to make the arrangement to have me join the ship late. I was told that my reservation had been cancelled and we'd have to request Regent to make the accommodation. This was on Wednesday. I am still waiting on an answer from Regent. Is this really something that should take this long to work out? I need to book my ticket to HNL. Any suggestions on how to get this moving?
