Princess premier package - unlimited casual restaurants

Haven’t cruised on Princess for several years. Looking at British Isles cruise 2025 on the Regal.  Deciding between the Plus and Premier packages.   Can anyone tell me what the unlimitaed casual restaurants included on the Premier package entail?  Thanks so much.

But the Plus and Premier packages only cover the fixed price menu , correct? Or can you order 1 app, 1 entree and one dessert from anywhere on the menu? I'll be on Sun Princess in June and am trying to figure all this out!
