For aging parent - Pier to Taxi?

Hello,

 

We will need to take a taxi from Havensight to Crown Bay.  Two questions:

 

1  How far a walk is it from the ship to the taxis?

2. How long a taxi ride is it to Crown Bay?

Given traffic conditions during the day about 15 minutes.

 

They will take Veterans Drive - Waterfront HWY....

There are 3 positions at the Havensight dock. The taxis for ship excursions are usually the closest to the ships. There are at least 2 taxi stands that are about 3 blocks equivalent from the ships.

 

There used to be a free trolley that can take you to the taxi stands, but not sure if it's currently available.
