Has anyone ever received a promotional code to use when purchasing pre-cruise items such as Spa packages or celebration items?

I have not, nor have I heard on CC of anyone who did. Are you seeing a place to enter one on the website?

There is a promo code field on the checkout for shore excursions, dining, spa, and pretty much everything. My guess is that it's part of the e-commerce platform by default. I don't know of any web shopping cart that doesn't have the capability. Sometimes it's disabled and does not show, but it's almost always there.

 

Just because the field exists doesn't mean that it's in use.

I can’t believe it! I just received an email that has a promo code in it - I’ve never seen this on HAL!

I tried code "CRUISEDY24' today (for $100 OBC) and clicked 'See Eligible Cruises'. The cruise I checked is on the list but the code did not work. I called HAL, rep said the code is only for Have It All package and deposit is non-refundable. Really? Where is the terms and conditions for that offer? I haven't found it yet.

I did a mock booking on our cruise out of Boston 10/2024 and it worked , ALMOST cancled and rebooked 😂 extra $ 400 OBC in the promo & $100 promo code....A price drop & orange club .....but then the booking # would change and I would Loose the early booking pre paid crew appreciation &  cabana booked at pre hike fare....... not really worth the hassle yet
