Super Bowl

We will be aboard Valliant Lady Feb 10-17. As I recall, streaming options were limited. Any way to watch the Super Bowl Sunday night on the ship, or have folks heard anything?

They show all kinds of sports usually at the Social Club so as a minimum it will be on there I would think

Try the Social Club and the bar on Deck 15 or 16, all the way aft. Get there early!

We're also on the Valiant Feb 10-17.  From what I've seen in other CC threads, it looks like they will likely have it on in the Social Club.

 

Someone else said that last year they had it on in the Red Room with tailgating type snacks, but the schedule currently shows "Around the world with the Diva" in the Red Room at 8pm, and I think that the SB starts at around 7:30 ships time.  IDK, the NFL really went along with the whole "Scarlet" theme this year though so showing the two red teams in the red room seems logical....

 

Its shaping up to be a busy week.   Super Bowl Sunday, Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras/Carnival, Wed Valentines Day, Presidents Day weekend when we get back to San Juan...

You must be from NOLA. We are from KC (go Chiefs), but recently left a NOLA-based firm from which I was working remotely.

They should have it in the Red Room and it should also be available on one of the special events channels on the in room tvs, as well as shown at the Social Club. There is also a screen in the casino that could show it.

Definitely in the Social Club. They had all the Thanksgiving games on Valiant when we were on last November. Possibly the Red Room since it's a major sporting event.

We just got off of the Scarlett Lady and the Social Club was a no go for the playoffs.  They had soccer on and wouldn't or couldn't watch it.  One bar, AFT on 16 I believe, had the games on.  Poor viewing at best unless you were sitting at the bar.  Hope the Red Room has something for the Super Bowl

Recently off Valiant Lady and the playoff games were broadcast in the Social Club and the bar on deck 15 aft.

We were able to watch the AFC championship game on Valiant Lady.  We're from KC, so my husband and our friends were very happy (I'm originally from WI so I'm a Packer girl, but I will support the Chiefs when not playing the Packers) 🙂. Like others have said- Social club and bar on 15 had the game.  We were lucky and had a Massive Suite, so our agent brought us a bunch of tail gate foods and we watched the game in our cabin with some friends.  Have a great time!

Yes, just boarded Valiant Lady and confirmed- game will be shown at Red Room, Social and Athletic. We are also from KC (Lees Summit specifically). Go Chiefs!
