Put one more person in a cabin for 3?

I have a inside cabin with one upper on the Vista. Do they allow adding another person to the room?

We need more info...

 

• Are you one person booked in an upper/lower interior, looking to add another? If so, yes*
• Are you two people booked an upper/lower interior, looking to add another? If so, no.
• Are you two people booked in a regular interior with one upper, looking to add another?  If so, yes*
• Are you three people booked in a regular interior with one upper, looking to add another?  If so, no

* Caveat: Adding more people to a cabin than you initially booked is always subject to the sailing and muster station not being at or close to capacity.  Obviously if either is at capacity, you can't add more people.  Even if either is just close to capacity, if there are still empty cabins the cruise lines will prevent existing reservations from adding more passengers so they can use the remaining capacity to sell the remaining cabins.

You'll have to call Carnival and see if they can move you to a cabin with two uppers.

Do a mock booking for that cabin on another sailing for the number of people you want to include.
