He was completely understanding, he was wearing a parka!  They don’t actually charge for the sanctuary until you go up and use it, so we were not charged at all!  Super easy!

 

Wow. I am surprised, amazed, and happy for you. I had no idea they would fail to charge you despite the weather conditions. Congratulations and I am very happy to hear this.

Both my husband and I have been following your posts.  We will be taking a 10-day cruise in Mexico in April. Thank you for all of your details, wonderful descriptions, and photos.  Hope you enjoy your next cruise!
