Can TA see that I booked with another TA

I’ve used a specific small TA for a couple of cruises. I’m lukewarm about them. 
 

If I book with another agency is there any way my previous TA can see that I’ve booked with someone else.

It wouldn't matter if they could. There could be a lot of reasons to book with another TA. For example I have booked with other than my normal TA who I am quite happy with to sail with a group. Book with whoever you please.

My DW once found a great price with one of the consolidators. I called our TA to see if he could match it. He could not. He said they must have bought a lot of cabins, and he was not being allowed to do that. He said he understood why we would take a big savings.

 

We have gone back to him since then. He said he appreciated it. We do get good prices and good service from him. Plus, I appreciate being a name, not just a number.

I have been through several travel agents, some through recommendations, some just through a random google search.  Some were gems, a few were duds.  One absolutely made a mess and thank goodness I am now with a fabulous agent who I have known for 30 years.  I have always booked through a travel agent over my 30 year cruise history.
