The MSC for me app cannot work with my wife's iphone and Keeps to show server is unconnected

Hi,

I have download the MSC for me app on my Samsung handset and it works perfectly. However, my wife's iphone is not working and keeps to show the message saying "Sorry, cannot contact server, please try again....", this sentence is shown in Simplified Chinese that my wife does not set with this language.Can you provide me an advice to fix it please?

What version of iphone?

 

And, are you sure you downloaded the right app? (probably you did but always good to check)

 

And...app other than showing the cruise you will be on doesn't do much until you are set up with the ships wifi...

Well, having sailed MSC numerous times, the wifi has been spotty at best.  Last cruise on Magnifica one phone would connect, while my android would not.  Go Figure?  Spent several visits to desks in wifi area as well as customer service who took us to their best expert who could not solve the problem.  So beware, the package wifi is not always good.
