The cliffs and shore near the port?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

When I took the MAS cruise last month, I noticed what seemed to be a nice shore area within walking distance of the ship, just south of Pier One restaurant (see attached map). It had beautiful cliffs and looked like a nice place for a long walk (see attached photo). I saw a few people from the ship walking in the area, but not many. I have not found any info at all about this area. Anyone know anything about it? Is it private property or is there some other reason to avoid the area? I'm going back next week.

Thanks,

gc

They told me on the ship that this area is open to the public, and I took a nice long walk there. There are a few small sandy beach areas. Not many people in the area. The Google map calls the restaurant Pier One but the sign on the door says La Casa.
