donnasamford55gmail Posted February 26 #1 Share Posted February 26 We are shopping for Alaskan cruises now for the 2025 season and considering Seabourn because of their itinerary; we will be traveling with several other couples. I know this is a mundane question but for some people it is an issue to consider when choosing among the variety of cruises to Alaska. The question we have is about the dress code for dinner on a Seabourn cruise. Are kakis or dress slacks and collared golf shirts acceptable for men at dinner in all of the restaurants? Are there any requirements for a sports coat? Several of us have read the Seabourn description of their dress codes and have read some varying commentary. We are all good with the Seabourn description for ladies. Thanks in advance for feedback from recent cruisers.

We complied because we believe that following a dress code it makes a more pleasant experience for everyone. They did not reject men with short sleeved shirts. But I do not not understand why it is difficult to wear long sleeves. Especially in Alaska.
