Do NCL provide shuttles from port

Hi, do NCL provide shuttle buses from Cartagena cruise port into town? If not what’s best way to travel in?

I'm pretty sure that NCL did not provide any shuttles in Cartagena when we were there in 2017 and 2020.  There are plenty of taxis.  

 

But if this is your first visit to Cartagena, I would highly recommend a private tour with the wonderful Dora de Zubiria.  (You'll see many posts about her here in this forum.)  Get a small group together on your Roll Call!

sorry for the late reply. We were able to get a taxi inside the port compound as you leave the animal park/ gift shop. There were “official” ? Taxi drivers who were mainly after tour customers but we got a taxi but felt we had been overcharged $20 one way into Cartagena to join an already booked walking tour of town and old town. We flagged an “orange public taxi” back and it only cost us $10?
