How to set up Drinks on us

Recommended Posts

I booked a casino offer which included Drinks on us everywhere on the Breeze, once on board is this automatically on my sail and sign card or do I have to go somewhere and set it up, thanks in advance for any input.

It will be automatically on your card but you can always ask the bartender to verify that it's all good when you order your first drink.

Once is a rare while it may charge you for your drinks after boarding (not referring Tx or New York in which the free drinks don’t start until in international water) so keep an eye on your account.  Two cruises ago right after boarding our dinks were charges and the bartender knew us and said “are you guys not on the Casino free drinks program because the system is charging you for them?  We checked with the casino host who checked with the Bar Manager who said he didn’t see the charges.  We showed the host our Carnival HUB account summery with the charges and she called the Bar Manager again.  On day 2 they finally resolved it and backed off the charges.  Moral is just keep an eye on your account and they will fix when they have an error.

What Oldsweets said is correct. Just got off a cruise where the wife and I had free drinks in the casino. Her first drink was charged to her sign and sail account. After explaining to the bar server it was credited back to her account.

Best to tell them up front you have free drinks to avoid the hassle.
