Where to upgrade on the Enchantment to Princess plus?

We have 400 dollars of on board credit and want to upgrade to Princess plus.  Was told I couldn't use the credit to upgrade until on the ship.  Where do I do this?  Thanks for your help

As soon as you board the ship there will be employees standing by to do the processing and upgrade you. They will be very hard to miss, no need to go to guest services. The upgrade goes in to effect immediately and you're on your way. Have a great cruise ;o)

You can also just upgrade on your app.  I prefer to do the upgrade through an employee, they get credit for it.  As above, you won’t have a hard time finding someone.  They will be out in full force on day 1.
