I did, I used my office address in the US but put the postal code without the letters and added 00 to them like you do at US gas pumps (eg T2P 2V6 becomes 22600 for the zip code) You could probably just use a random US hotel address for the street address as well.

Did you use the same US address for the shipping and billing addresses? My only option is paying with credit card and it defaults to US only address when adding a new billing address

I live in Canada and just bought one using a US address that I knew of. My Canadian credit card was authorized even with the US address. Card was delivered by email about 5 minutes after. I used it to reduce our balance without any issue.

Yes, I used the same us address for shipping and billing and I just used the zip code hack as above so it would match my credit card address.
