Celebrity Blue Chip Club Sapphire- does my cruise partner get comped classic bev pack?

Hi!

 

I've used UR Comped previously for comped sailings on Celebrity. My cabin mate and I both were provided a complementary classic beverage pack and basic internet.

 

Now as UR Comped can no longer offer free drink package and wifi, I've booked directly through Blue Chip. I am 

currently Sapphire, earned approx 10k points last cruise. I can't get a straight answer out of Blue Chip.I know currently 

Sapphire members get a free classic beverage package and free wifi.

 

Could anyone current Sapphire advise whether or not your cabin mate gets the complementary classic beverage

as well?

 

If not, does Celebrity force them to purchase one to get mine added on my account?

 

Is there anyway to have added the classic drink package added pre board and take advantage of upgrade sales offered online?

 

Thanks in advance! Hoping they won't pull the classic drinks from us Sapphire when the inevitable merger with Casino Royale happens.

I am, at this writing, on Apex. I am Sapphire as well. Both my wife and I received the classic package and internet. 
 

We received an email confirming this about 3 months in advance   See below. 
 

I also received my $500 in casino play promptly and the casino staff were very friendly and welcoming 

 

Blue Chip has delivered in my opinion

Your post is unclear. Are both you AND your wife Sapphire?

Based on those emails the WiFi package and drink package were part of whatever cruise booking you have and has nothing to do with the your BCC status. Sapphire benefits NEVER get an email confirmations like that nor are they considered add ons with order numbers like your emails show. Additionally the WiFi package from the Sapphire benefit is the premium Wi-Fi, not basic as the email confirmation shows. The emails clearly demonstrate that those two services are part of the cabin offer and not from your gambling status. That's why the both of you received these services.
