Cancelled excursion

Had a best of St  Maarten tour that was cancelled.  Got in line at 12:50 and at 1:25 was told it was cancelled and it wasn't Princess's fault.  We were told go get a taxi and do something else.  We will get a refund.  Hope our tour doesn't get cancelled tomorrow.  I can be a micro manager and booked excursions through Princess to relax more.  Oh well....

We always book excursions through Princess. Yes, your account will be credited if that was a concern. They're good about that.

We've heard nothing negative going on in Antiqua, your next port, assuming you are on the Enchanted.

Probably have a tour cancelled every other cruise although we usually find out in the ticket package on the first day.  Could have been the vendor got sick.  Usually they call the ship excursion folks if this happens.  The island folks are still having problems getting workers.  Many left during covid and haven't come back.  We see a lot of tours where the owner or his wife is driving the vehicle.

We have had 3 or 4 Princess excursions cancelled.  Sometimes a day or two in advance, sometimes while waiting for it to commence.  Disappointing, but these things happen.
