Hi, has anyone been here recently with a day pass? I've been reading reviews and they're pretty bad for the hotel itself but we're just there to use the beach for a few hours. Thanks!

I’ll respond to my own question in case it’s helpful to others. Overall, I thought the place was great and would go back the next time we’re in Cozumel. Food/drinks were plentiful but not the best.

There is a kids area where my kids hung out for a while and got their faces painted for free.

Customers with day passes need to leave by 5pm, otherwise we probably would have stayed later.

Thank you for this post and update! Bumping thread in case any one has any other feedback. Considering this for our Thanksgiving Cruise. Last year we did day pass to Allegro and would 100% repeat that experience, but also open for having to a new experience.

Our experience was similar to that of the OP. We were there pre pandemic so not very latest. Someone from our roll call had directly arranged for a day pass for our group and that also included a room with each day pass.. Not the greatest of rooms, but clean, private bathroom/shower, early check in. Food was OK. No complaints. We liked it.
