Internet pricing?

We are planning a Transpacific on X this fall and researching  costs.  I couldn't  find a definitive price for internet.

We are probably not going with the all included as we are ‘ one a day, maybe’ type drinkers. 

Does X have fixed internet pricing, or do they use the RCCL ‘ Dynamic pricing’ scheme?

On our November cruise, one device is about $26 CAD a day with 20% off 

if you are Elite I believe it is 30% , July long week sale it could be 50% off

To oversimplify it, it's a fixed price but they usually offer multiple discount amounts through flash sales.  It should be noted you can buy now, cancel for a refund later, and can rebuy if the discount is greater

 

So it's technically a fixed price with a dynamic flash sale discount
