Cancelling or changing excursions booked with simply more credits

If you change from one shore excursion to another can you use the simply more credit you used to book the original excursion?  Thanks

Generally speaking, they will apply the SM credit first until it’s used up regardless of when you booked. If you book (and pay) for any excursions beyond you max SM credit amount and later cancel one that was booked with SM credit (assuming you are within the cancel without penalty window) they will refund from the excess amount paid before restoring any of the unused SM credit.
