I would ask this on MSc site....... OK here it is.

We booked a couple of dates on the new MSC World of America. The schematics do not show a separate walk-in shower in either the Owners Suite or the Royal Suites which is highly unusual. We are too old to be able to climb into tubs to shower. Even the new low profile tub/shower combos. Does anyone have any knowledge of the now sailing sister ship World Europa ?

You can watch YouTube Europa videos of both cabins and see they both have walk in showers and a separate jetted bathtub.

Perfect !  That is one hurdle. All have walk-in showers. Next is did we choose the 'right' OS for us ? There are 2 Owners Suites. One is deck 16 the other is deck 18. Both are different. We would prefer the smaller cabin, with the larger balcony. But which deck is this cabin on? And does it have a bigger overhang for more shade? The videos do not show.

Next are the 4 Royal suites. 2 starboard 2 port on deck 16 and deck 18. Again, there are two styles. One style displays a second bathroom. Would rather choose the style without this second bath, but which deck Royal suite does not have the second bath?

That would be deck 18

Neither has a second bathroom from what I have seen....

I found the following from "Cruiseswithfamilyornot" (World Europa)

"I was in Room 18001, which is one of the Owner Suites.  Great room.   Comfortable bed, plenty of storage, walk in closet, and our butler Sandor deserves medals he was that good.   Negatives were shower was shockingly small and tight(smaller and tighter than a regular yacht club deluxe suite), and the 2/3 of the balcony was in easy viewing distance from the outside area of the Top Sail Lounge, which was not great."

There's also a post from "alistairg" who stayed in World Europa OS 16002

"We wanted the larger room, smaller deck as we spend more time inside."

  1. This second, lower schematic does not show a shower. Tub, single sink and toilet?

Thanks. I do not like the bathroom so far from the bed as shown in the second, bottom diagram. What deck do you think is the cabin with the bath next to the bed ?

Deck 16 is the drawing on top...

The video is deck 16 (16010) and the bathroom is next to the bedroom.
