Problem solved! Some unrelated settings on my phone. Loaded the application on a different phone and it worked, then worked my way back to my phone. THANK YOU!

Yeah, had some trepidation about the app originally but after two cruises, I like it SOOOO much better than faxing.

 

Our perk approval comes in in about 48 hours now.

I submitted our OBC request on April 15th and it was approved April 16th for our November cruise.  I love the new app, so much easier!

I always black out all the numbers on my investment account.

My Stockperks experience and timeline.

On April 7th I submitted my stock OBC via the APP (PLAID as my brokerage firm was not located).  On April 13 I was notified that my submission was confirmed and processed.  On April 13 I redeemed/submitted my stock OBC giving booking # and date of sailing etc.  On April 16th the stock OBC was posted to my shipboard account.
