Rare amandas friend Posted April 11 #1 Share Posted April 11 We have a deck 10 veranda cabin on an upcoming Alaska N.A. 7 day cruise. I received upgrade offers for Neptune and Signature Suites. Neptune was too expensive and Signature basically is just a larger space. We are going to stay in the one we already have. Anyone think we should upgrade. We are not in our cabin except to sleep. Thoughts? TIA.
ricka47 Posted April 11 #2 Share Posted April 11 We have 10028 on the Thanksgiving cruise on NA this year. Since it wasn't very much, we've taken the upgrade to Signature before (pre-Covid). The extra space is nice, but each has to figure out if it is worth it.

I'm hoping we don't get noise from below us in the Spa check-in area. But, I think it will be OK. Which one do you have?

Iamthesea Posted April 11 #8 Share Posted April 11 We had a Signature Suite on the N. Amsterdam and thought it was wonderful!!! I don't know what your offer is, but I would take it over a standard Veranda if it is a good price. The nice thing about the SS is having a larger bathroom.
CHOPPERTESTER Posted April 12 #9 Share Posted April 12 Aren't the deck 10 balconies on the small side? Not quite juliette balconies on deck 11, but close?

Here's a couple pictures so people can decide if the less deep veranda on deck 10 is significant for them. Thanks halfacts.com contributors! NA 10034 Veranda from Halfacts.com Nine floor planks deep. NA cabin 7013 Veranda also from Halfacts.com Thirteen floor planks deep.
