Shareholder credit went into account instead of booking

I recently used the stock perks app for an August sailing. I receved the email of success for the booking. The shareholder credit went into my account instead of on the booking. Anyone else have this problem?

 

I have emailed seabourn and  explained the situation. Waiting for a reply.

After using the stockperks app I got the confirmation it was applied to my booking, but the credit appeared in my account at first. Without me doing anything it however subsequently vanished from my account and turned up in the booking. If I were you I wouldn't be too worried yet.

Seeing nothing when I log into any of my cruises 😀

Call Seabourn or your travel agent. Once final documents are generated , it  will be shown there.
