Ocean Cay Evening Food Options?

We are scheduled to arrive on Ocean Cay at 1:30pm for an overnight. Are there any food options available (included or for-a-fee) in the evening? Hoping to not have to get back on the ship for dinner, is why I'm asking. And menus would be appreciated as well!

I haven't done an overnight in OC, but I will warn that when I was docked there until about 9:30 in the evening, all the bars and food trucks were closed by about 4:00pm.

That's what we found, but we docked that day at 8 or 9 am, so I was hoping to find out if it was different if you didn't arrive until afternoon!

Most of the Food Outlets on Ocean Cay closed at 3PM on the first day there when we overnighted. Lighthouse Food and the Rose Food Truck stayed open until 5PM. After that, only the Lighthouse Bar remained open until 11PM for drinks.
