Icon 7142 to -14698

I have cabin 14698 which is a d4.  There is one cabin left 7142 which is a d5 - does anyone know the difference?  I've never had a cabin this high before, its under the windjammer.  I thought about calling to see if I could which cabins to 7142 - what are your thoughts on the cabins? Might be the configuration, but 7142 is forward and you have cabins above and spa stuff below so noise would be okay.  14698 is aft and under the Windjammer on 15.
